Five structured advisory calls are included, each held at a defined stage of the acquisition. Outside of these calls, ongoing support is provided by email.
Ownership Strategy Review and Onboarding
This call takes place after you sign. We review your readiness, timeline, and financing considerations, set the plan for your search, and provide a list of brokers in the states you are searching.
Initial Practice Evaluation Review
This call follows your first written evaluation. We review the report in detail and explain the findings, risks, and assumptions. Later evaluations are delivered as written reports, with follow-up by email.
LOI and Negotiation Strategy
This call takes place when you select a practice to pursue. We review offer structure, negotiation strategy, and risk, and prepare you for attorney involvement and the drafting of the letter of intent.
Verification Decision
This call follows acceptance of the LOI and completion of verification. We review the findings and what they mean for your decision to proceed, renegotiate, or withdraw.
Financing Comparison and Closing Readiness
This call takes place once your financing offers are in hand. We compare the terms side by side and review your closing readiness.
Active patient count
Derived from hygiene procedure counts, cross-checked against radiograph counts.
Collections per patient
Benchmarked against practices we have evaluated.
Hygiene utilization
The recall base against the median.
Production by procedure
Procedure mix against averages, with outliers flagged.
Procedure mix against your skills
Production you are not able to perform, identified.

Overhead, line by line
Including payroll, family members on payroll, and rent against market.
Cash flow, three ways
Conservative, moderate, and strong production scenarios.
The asking price in context
Against comparable sales, with a working capital plan. This is analysis for your decision, not a valuation or appraisal.
Each report ends in a recommendation: move forward, renegotiate, or pass.
On request, we will introduce you to attorneys, lenders, CPAs, and credentialing services who work with dental practices. You select and engage your own advisors, and they are responsible for the legal, tax, financing, and credentialing work on your transaction.

$9,995, due in full upon signing, paid by ACH. It is flat, does not vary with the price of the practice, and is non-refundable.
The term
Up to 12 months from the effective date, ending at closing or expiration, whichever comes first.
Practices submitted
Up to one per calendar week, for the full term.
Turnaround
Evaluations are typically delivered two to three days after we receive the complete document set.
Extension
If you have not purchased a practice within the 12-month term, extensions to the service are available at a reduced fee.
Priced separately
In-person verification visits and post-closing advisory support.
The full terms
The service agreement governs the engagement, including the non-refundable fee, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution.
An evaluation begins when the documents arrive. We provide the request list to send to the broker.
The financials
Profit and loss statements and tax returns, two to three years.
The production reports
Procedure-level production for a full year.
The listing package
Prospectus, asking price, staff and pay detail, lease terms, and equipment list.
Your side of it
Licenses, clinical comfort, down payment, debt, and timeline.
Two services are available in addition to Full Support. Neither needs to be decided on today, and we raise both when they become relevant to your deal.
In-person site visit
Financial statements tell you what the practice collected last year. Standing in the office tells you what you will have to spend to keep it collecting. During due diligence we walk the practice with you and check what the seller and the broker put on paper: whether the space actually supports the production the listing claims, where another chair could go, the real age and condition of the equipment and technology, the charts, and how the schedule runs on an ordinary day. We also ask the seller the questions that are difficult to ask face to face. Available as an add-on for an additional fee, arranged after your LOI is accepted.
Post-Transition Consulting
The first year of ownership is where the money is actually made, and where the decisions are hardest to undo. After closing we stay available for the questions that come up in practice: a hygienist quits, payroll looks wrong, the insurance money has not landed, a rep is selling you software you do not need. Because we still have the seller's numbers from your evaluation, we can show you where you are already beating them, where production is leaking, and what to fix first. Pricing is custom, based on the level of support needed.
Full Support is $9,995, flat, for up to 12 months. We review every application personally.
